Before creating a schedule we had to decide who will be playing which character. We decided that:

• The Boss- Adina—myself
• The Client- Pricilla or Ben deciding on the time if she will not be here when we start filming
• Cameraman- Nicole and Ozel
• Editor- Adina-myself
• Bodyguards- Penial and Dwayne

After deciding all that I had to create a schedule which everyone can follow, deciding when we will film the opening scene. The schedule:

Time and Date	People Needed	Task Description
First week after half term	Everyone within the group also people who were asked to participate.	Start filming the actions deciding which camera movement and shot will be used and where exactly however this will be shown in the stage directions.
Second week after half term	Everyone listed in the above one.	Take several shots of the scene with several angles, finish filming try editing it.
Third week after half term	Adina-Myself	If the editing was not finished, finish it this week with everything running smoothly including the sound.
